Head Bump Protection

• Another head bump issue in Palo Alto that was
  discovered was on the top deck at the I-Beams.
  When employees have to work on the top deck, they
  can bump their head on the I-Beam. The new found
  resolution of placing foam over the surface had
  to be modified. At times the I-Beam needs to be
  used for hoist, so we could not cover the
  surface, without accommodating the need to use
  the I-Beam. This was accomplished by designing
  and fabricating sheet metal covers that could be
  snapped on and off. The sheet metal was covered
  with the foam and placed over the I-Beam. When
  we need to use the I-Beam for hoist, we simply
  snap off the cover. For information on parts and
