• Goal To publish Working Group Recommendations
  in an Interim Report by May 2005.
• Proposed work plan Focus on 3 priorities
• Allow as much time as possible to consider public
  input from all sources (community meetings, web,
  etc.).
• Optimize time for Working Group discussion and
  review of options.
• Provide enough time for staff work to support the
  Working Group deliberations.

• February Initial discussion of recommendations
  and report text.
• March Second discussion of recommendations and
  report text.
• April Agree on interim recommendations.
• May Publish interim recommendations and report.
