  professional tutors from Tutor.com
• Questions from students in some locations can be
  forwarded to an online nurse.
• Questions can be forwarded via email to a local
  librarian for follow-up

• Tutors are accessed through a librarian referral.
  
• Tutors are available from 2pm 10 pm, 7 days a

• The tutoring service is provided in a different
  interface and requires the Shockwave plugin
