    outstanding.

  • Criteria
  • No occupational fatality within the division.
  • No single property damage incidents involving
    losses of
  • 100,000 or more, excluding those involving
    natural disaster
  • The highest total percentage of improvement in
    total recordable and lost workday case incident
    rates over the three years of continuous
    improvement.

  • Presented each year to the outstanding business
    (i.e. Citrus,

  • The highest total percentage of improvement in
    total recordable and lost workday case incident

  • Work 1 calendar year without lost workday case
    involving days away from work.

  • Reduce the lost workday and Recordable case
    incident rate to at least 50 of the previous
    years year-end performance.
  • or
  • Display a 3-year track record of continued
    improvement over the previous years accident
    experience. (Lost Workday and Recordable Case
    Incident Rate)
  • and
  • Did not have an occupational fatality during the
    award period.

  • Raymond Tower Award
  • Purpose - To recognize and honor an FMC
    Technologies, Inc.s employee for outstanding
    leadership in occupational safety.
  • CRITERIA
  • Annually each business unit can nominate one
    candidate for the award.
  • This information must be in narrative form and
    not to exceed two single-spaced,
  • typed pages.
  • Supporting attachments or documentation is
    encouraged but only where they
  • add a meaningful dimension to the
    candidates credentials.
  • Additional information that may be helpful in
    determining the winner of the
  • award include
  • Safety improvements in lost workday and
    recordable incident rates
  • Audit scores on the Corporate SMS or
    Environmental Audits
  • Receiving an external EHS award for the site or
    individual
