What is IPP?
The Instituut voor Publiek en Politiek (IPP) -
the Dutch Centre for Political Participation -
is an independent, non-partisan organisation
that promotes political and social participation,
both in the Netherlands and abroad. It is based
in Amsterdam and currently employes some 35

was the best visited online tool between April
and June 2005 A total number of 853.280 persons
used the ReferendumWijzer to get informed on the
content of the proposed European Constitution
