• Must prove employment at CCSF

Adding new software

• Most Windows users cant install programs
• All Mac users can install programs
• If system fails ITS can restore to original
  configuration
• Backup Data
• Keep program install disks and serial numbers
• Check with ITS before installing software that
  affects the network
• E.g. chat, server-based programs, streaming media
