Council Approval
- I would like to recommend to the Council for
approval the change in methodology of the dues
rate structure as proposed by the Executive
Committee, with the understanding that the rates
will be reevaluated periodically based on changes
in British Petroleums annual Statistical Review
of World Energy and the financial needs of the
WPC.

Council Approval
- I would like to propose for the Councils formal
approval of the 2006 WPC budget showing a deficit
of 163,000 as recommended by the Executive
Committee based on the revenue and cost
assumptions presented today. .

- I recommend that the Council approve the
appointment of Bird Luckin, U.K. Chartered
accountants to prepare the audited financial
statements of the World Petroleum Congress for
the calendar year 2005 in accordance with
generally accepted accounting principles of the
United Kingdom.
