• Go to https//minerva.UGent.be
• Log in type the username and password of your
  UGent-account in the appropriate text fields

• At your first login You receive a welcome
  message and e-mail to confirm your registration
  in Minerva

• Click on opleidingsoverzicht to register for
  course and info sites

• You arrive at a page with three boxes. In the
  yellow box, you can select a study program (Mijn
  Opleiding). This is only usefull if you follow a
  program that has one or more compulsory courses.

• In the blue box you can register for the courses
  you want to follow. (see the next slide)

• If you selected a study program, there will be a
  list of the courses in that study program.
  Register for the courses of your interest by
  clicking on the little boxes next to these
  courses, and end by clicking on Doorgeven van de
  aangevinkte keuzes bij de bovenstaande vakken
  (Dutch for register for the courses with checked
  boxes).
• If you didnt select a study program, or if you
  want to register for other courses, click on the
  button Inschrijven voor (andere) vakken (Dutch
  for register for (other) courses). In the next
  page you can search on the course code or on the
  standard name of the course (in the first text
  field of the page), or you can go in different
  steps to the course you want first select the
  faculty (Faculteit Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen),
  then the study year, then click on the right
  boxes and click on Inschrijven voor de
  geselecteerde vakken (Dutch for register for
  the courses with checked boxes).

• You can also register for info sites, in the
  green box. On info sites you can find information
  that is not related to a specific course. Click
  on Inschrijven voor andere infosite, select our
  faculty and register for the site Gast- en
  Exchange-studenten if you are a Socrates
  student, or for the site of your study programme
  if you follow an advanced or specialized
  programme.
