3OBJECTIVES
- Creating a well-being profile and establishing it
as a practice in occupational health care - Promoting the coping at work of ageing employees
and the extension of working life, creating new
jobs, improving the availability of services and
products and increasing entrepreneurial activity - improving a working culture that strengthens the
well-being of ageing entrepreneurs and staff, and
thus promoting employment

- A tool for the assessment of personal well-being
- helps to perceive the current state of personal
well-being and the future - Directs the thoughts towards resources and
strengths -
- Activates to taking responsibility for personal
well-being

PHYSICAL EXERCISE (peer groups) - LECTURE SERIES (expert story)
- The relation to the self, the relation to work,
the relation to the environment and the relation

well-being at work, themes related to the
community and the environment - PERSONAL DISCUSSIONS i.e. well-being discussions

- Professional renewal and its support
- It is based on thinking that sense of
professional mastery enhances well-being at work - Pilates training etc., further education for
physiotherapists - Resource-oriented group instruction
- Training for Instruction and supporting of
health exercise for the aged - BSC-training, marketing and client service
- Trainings for developing patient care and care of
elderly people to nurses - NLP-training

from deficiencies to resources and from
handicaps to functioning capacity - Promoting the growth of the personal well-being

9Foundation of the training
- The guiding principle in the training is the
perception of an adult learner in an active role,
as an active subject in his/her learning - Each member of the community learns from his/her
personal experience about him-/herself, the other
members, different groups and the whole community
(e.g. workplace community) - The extent of training has varied from one lesson
to study processes of 10 credits - Characteristic of the study processes has been
their integration in work and the workplace
community
