• Short description of what you annually do in your
  program, and/or what additionally you want to do
• Budget spreadsheet showing source of match
• Submit through County EMA for approval

• Do what you said you would do
• Submit brief reports to County EMA
• Submit invoices for reimbursement

• Town must advance the funds
