TRAINING OBJECTIVES SEESIM 02
1. To train the EOC how to carry out its
national/regional tasks. 2. To practice the
management of emergency situations. 3. To
practice procedures and coordination with
Governmental Organizations, Non Governmental
Organizations and International Organizations.
4. To provide understanding and training to the
personnel of the agencies on procedures
and use the systems/equipment in support
of emergency operations. 5. To exercise the
relations and procedures on involving
military resources in Relief Operations according
the OPLAN.

• Too many incidents were established
• During the exercise NSSC had unspecified
  functions.
• It duplicated the function of the national
  EOC
• Communication problems between EOC and NSSC.
