    30 of workforce to force an election.

    who verifies cards and schedules election.

  • If election is scheduled, employer and unions
    begin an educational campaign for employees to
    freely make up their mind. The majority vote
    determines union status. The NLRB supervises and
    oversees the election and neither the NLRB, the
    paid union organizers, nor company management
    will know how anyone voted.

    approach you at work, or after work, and perhaps
    at your home or neighborhood restaurant.
  • Union organizers seek to confront you in your
    home so that they can pressure you and your
    family. Their only goal is to get the card
    signed.
  • They may promise better wages and benefits.
    Unions can promise anything even if they cant
    deliver.
