Title: Predictive Index
1Predictive Index Helping managers understand the
dynamic of behaviour in the work place
2 Introduction
PI Europe Ltd is an international management
consultancy company which manages the Predictive
Index licence throughout most of Europe and South
Korea. The Predictive Index system helps to align
the performances of individuals with specific
business needs and is a reliable predictor of
work-related behaviour. Predictive Index offers a
validated, scientific approach that give
measurable results that can be used in
recruitment, reduction in turnover, merges and
acquisitions, team building and career
development. This is done by using a quick and
easy-to-complete free choice checklist which is
available in 57 different languages. The results
generated in this checklist can offer
understanding about what motivates people and how
best to manage them. Performance Requirement
Options (PROs) are completed by the company which
help to define job requirements and attract
suitable candidates. Both the checklist and the
PROs can be used together to hire the best
candidate for the job. The Predictive Index
system has been used in Europe for over twenty
five years in which time a client base of two
hundred and fifty companies has been built with
over five thousand trained analysts. With the
administration in the UK, PI Europe has eighteen
associates in fourteen European countries and one
associate in South Korea.

24Management Mantra
- People dont change that much
- So why waste your time trying to put in what God
has left out ? - Rather spend your time trying to get out what is
in ! - That is hard enough !
25People leave managers,not organisations!
The Predictive Index can help change that!
