Student Service Learning
  • This is partially infused in your curriculum.
    You earn some hours from middle school if you
    attended a middle school in Frederick County. In
    some high school classes you earn 4.5 hours per
    class.

TRANSCRIPTSEvery day of the school year you are
building a transcript.A transcript is a
snapshot of you. Prospective employers may ask
for it. Colleges will ask for it. It will be
the first piece of information from which you
will be judged.

Your transcript includes
  • Your name and address
  • Courses and grades
  • Two cumulative grade point averages
  • unweighted and weighted
  • Two Ranks in class unweighted and weighted
  • Attendance

Attendance is very important! If your attendance
is poor, you could fail based on attendance alone.
  • More than 5 illegal absences in a term will
    result in a failing grade for all of your classes
    for that term.
  • More than 10 illegal absences in a semester will
    result in a failing grade for the class.
