- Meet the fitness requirements.
Young people to work under close supervision even
after full training has been provided.

Prescribed Dangerous Equipment
- Statutory control mechanisms to be in place
before work equipment prescribed as dangerous are
put into use. - Young people are not to use work equipment
prescribed as dangerous.
Specific national statutes will determine which
equipment is to be prescribed as dangerous and
the exclusions pertaining to young people.

- Markings/ Warnings.
- All work equipment is to conform to the relevant
national statutory requirements and bear the
statutory markings (e.g. CE marks, SWL). - All markings and warnings are to be clearly
visible/ audible, easily understood and conform
to nationally or internationally recognised
standards.
