Campus Health Services

• Not entirely covered by a students tuition
• CHS keeps administrative costs low by choosing
  not to bill most insurance carriers
• CHS can bill the students UA bursars account
• Itemized bills can be obtained from the CHS
  business office to submit to your insurance
  carrier

• Fee for service normally lower than in the
  community
• Campus Care Option limited to services within
  the health center, good choice for students with
  indemnity, HMO or PPO plans
• Student Health Insurance eligible UA students,
  CHS is primary care provider, offers medical,
  mental health, emergency coverage, inpatient and
  specialty care
