AIM OF THE COURSE
  • To inform students about mental training and to
    help them gain skills of psycho-regulation that
    can be used in different fields of human
    activities.
  • The course is focused on transformation of
    theoretical knowledge into practical skills.

Objectives
  • to form full idea of mental training and its
    signification,
  • to introduce students to techniques of mental
    training and to develop it into practical skills,
  • to help students achieve their own mental
    fitness,
  • to assist in developing students ability of
    using mental training for increasing
    effectiveness of human activity in different
    fields.

METHODS OF TEACHING
  • Presentation by use of overhead projector
  • Delivering of handouts
  • Approbation of psycho-regulative techniques, by
    using mats, gymnastic sticks, etc.
  • Approbation of mental exercises on fresh air
