2AIM OF THE COURSE
- To inform students about mental training and to
help them gain skills of psycho-regulation that
can be used in different fields of human
activities. - The course is focused on transformation of
theoretical knowledge into practical skills.
3Objectives
- to form full idea of mental training and its
signification, -
- to introduce students to techniques of mental
training and to develop it into practical skills, - to help students achieve their own mental
fitness, - to assist in developing students ability of
using mental training for increasing
effectiveness of human activity in different
fields.
4METHODS OF TEACHING
- Presentation by use of overhead projector
- Delivering of handouts
- Approbation of psycho-regulative techniques, by
using mats, gymnastic sticks, etc. - Approbation of mental exercises on fresh air
