LOCKER ROOM PROCEDURES

• All students are assigned a locker. Athletes are
  assigned sports locker through the athletic
  trainer
• Small lockers are assigned for PE clothes, long
  lockers are available for backpacks and school
  clothes
• All lockers are to be cleared out by Friday after
  their PE class
• Students are encouraged to wash their uniforms
  over the weekend
• Locker rooms are closed after school!

LOCKER ROOM CONT.

• Students are to lock up all items!
• Anything left out will more than likely get
  stolen and the school will not be responsible for
  any items left unlocked
• No food or drinks are allowed in locker room
• Bottled water is the only item allowed in class.
• No pillows blankets, no ipods, no cell phones,
  NO GUITARS, no school clothes- PE
• uniform only

LOANER CLOTHES

• Students are REQUIRED to dress out daily
• The PE staff will provide loaners for those
  students who forget their clothes.
• Loaners are checked out with no loss of points
  twice per quarter -after that 50 of the points
  will be deducted
• Students who need loaners check them out through
  the PE office and return them at the end of the
  period. Loaner clothes that are not returned will
  be charged to the students debt screen. Failure
  to return loaner gear on the same day its
  checked out will result in immediate discipline
  action by the Deans Office.

• All Non-Suits (refusal to check out loaner gear)
• Immediate referral will result in suspension 
• Loaner Gear
• 3rd Time 50 Point reduction from students
  grade
• Each subsequent loaner issued will result in
  point reduction
• 6th Time - Immediate referral will result in
  After School Detention
• 9th Time - Immediate referral will result in
  suspension
• 12th Time Immediate referral will result in
  increased days of suspension
• Increased days of suspension will result in
  every 3rd time a student is issued loaner gear 
• Missing Loaner Gear Failure to return loaner
  gear on the same day its checked out will result
  in immediate discipline action by the Deans
  Office.

PROPER PE UNIFORM

• Warm Weather
• - Royal Blue t-shirt (Frontier or plain with
  logo smaller than a fist) , Black Shorts,
  athletic shoes
• Cool Weather
• -Warm weather uniform underneath BLACK SWEATS
• Always wear lace up athletic shoes!!
• No Flip-flops, Uggs, Slip-On Shoes, ect.
• Students are required to report to their roll
  call number upon exiting the locker rooms and are
  to STAY SEATED until roll is completed by teacher

Medical Excuses

• Education Code 51222
• Students must attend 80 of their physical
  education classes. Opportunity to make up
  absences must be provided to each student. Each
  teacher will designate make up opportunities.
• -Excuse notes from guardian 1 day
• (make up is required or the points will be
  deducted)
• -Any excuse lasting more than 3 days requires a
  doctors note, which includes specific
  restriction and a specific date of return.
• -Excuses that exceed 8 weeks will be deferred

MAKE UPS

• Make ups are available on Fridays in class.
• One graded mile one absence
• Students may make up lost points by participating
  in make-up activities.
