• Integration meeting
• direct contacts and interactions are very
  important, however 2-3 days meeting will not
  solve all the problems
• we have to learn how to work on a distance (last
  months progress was not fully satisfactory)
• Reviewing the status of the project and preparing
  for the second CrossGrid Review
• prototype demos give us the best information on
  the progress of each task and their integration
• it is necessary to make a critical assessment of
  our work, before publicising the results
• it is important to prepare good agenda for the
  second review
• the awareness of the tough schedule in the
  coming weeks is essential to meet the deadlines
