2Registration Process
3You must register to use this application (if you
have already registered you do need to
re-register). Go to the http//www.emarketplace.
state.pa.us website and select the Admin Login

4Select Register Here if you are a new user
5Create your own User ID Password, Make sure you
select Procurement in the Department Drop
Down Complete all information and submit.
6You will receive an e-mail with the subject
stating Your request to access to advertise is
approved within 5 minutes to 1 business day
after submitting your registration You can now
log in and use the online Request to Advertise
Form.
7Creating an Advertisement
8Go to the http//www.emarketplace.state.pa.us
website and select the Admin Login link
9Enter User ID Password and select Log In
10Select the Solicitations tab
11Select the New Solicitation button to create
new advertisement
12ATTENTION Agencies under the Governors
JurisdictionIf you are not using SRM to create
an IFB, you MUST complete the waiver form for
approval to bid outside of SRM. (complete steps
in following slides)
13Complete Justification Form and hit submit.
14You will be notified via e-mail if this request
has been approved or denied. If denied, prepare
bid in SRM, if approved follow the instructions
on the following slides
15If justification is approved, go PA eMarketplace
Solicitations and select log in If bid was
created in SRM, go to PA eMarketplace
Solicitations and select log in
16Select the New Solicitation button to create
advertisement
17Complete all information and select Create
Solicitation Button. Agencies not creating
bids in SRM, continue to next slide Agencies that
have created bids in SRM are done with their
process
18If you have submitted justification form and
received approval type in password you received
in approval e-mail and select enter password.
19If password is accepted your advertisement will
automatically publish.
20If the Solicitation is solely for Small Business
Reserve, place a check mark in the appropriate
box. Upload files if you wish Select Print
Solicitation to print your advertisement for
future reference Select Save Solicitation
21Editing or Changing an Advertisement
22Go to the http//www.emarketplace.state.pa.us
website and select the Admin Login Link
23Enter User ID Password and select Log In
24Select the Solicitations tab
25Search by one to locate your solicitation
advertisement and select search
26Select Solicitation Number Hyperlink
27Make necessary changes or add Flyer/Addendum or
cancel solicitation and click Save
Solicitation.. Amended date will change
automatically
