General Overview

• INBOUND
• Moving goods (i.e. raw materials) around
• within the company.

OUTBOUND

• Handles all goods (finished goods/returns)
• outside the organization.

ROLES

• Take over shipping, receiving and warehousing
  when goods are received.
• Logistics makes sure that the goods are moved to
  their final resting places, eg. A supply depot,
  refrigerated warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To move material/finished goods within petGRO.
• Transport finished goods to external
  destinations.
• Follow the production shipping schedules and
  move raw materials from warehouse to the
  manufacturing production line in a timely and
  efficient manner.
