Cocoa liquor grinding

• Three-stage refining line
• Coarse or pre-grinding here the nibs are ground
  and transformed from a solid little block into a
  liquor
• Intermediate grinding
• Fine grinding this section determines the end
  fineness and quality of the cocoa liquor.

Advantages of the Duyvis press

• Thin cake technology
• High and constant output of the 16 and 18 pots
  press .
• Use of tie rods without screw fret ,(now overhaul
  needed after 10 years)
• Material used for pots and counter pots are
  stress resistant at high pressure .
• All counter pots are welded on the surfaces were
  the pressing force is on .
• All pots have a welded surface liner so the
  nominal sizes off the press
  
  chamber will be accurate after long use.
• Easy and low maintenance.
• Press plates are easy to change by screw fret
  system.
• Long life time of filter screens .
• Frequency converter controlled process.
• Liquor pump with capacity of 300 litres a minute
  is filling the press in 40s.
• Meets the most stringent hygienic and
  bacteriological safety standards.
