assessment (1992), they identified the need for a
free clinic to address care for indigent patients.

- Board set up the Committee.
- Provided clerical support for their work.
- Provided meeting space in the hospital.
- Provided a 6,100 square foot building on
- its campus to establish a clinic - 1 per
- year lease for 25 years. Opened in 1995.

- Volunteer physician recruitment.
- Hospital pharmacist dispensed medicines.
- Maintenance assistance on facility.
- Hospital helped identify a new site and our
foundation - donated 100,000 to Clinic to help them
purchase new - facility.

agreement) - toward lab work, etc.
