Customer services provider
  • Customer Services Provider (CSP) is appointed by
    the Business Correspondent (BC), Zero Mass
    Foundation (ZMF)
  • CSP interacts with customer and motivates them to
    open account
  • Fills up the AOF (Account Opening Form) under
    Know Your Customer (KYC) norms and get it signed
    by customer
  • With introducer (to be signed) by President of
    the SHG group
  • CSP also signs as Introducer

IN THE MOBILE
  • We get temporary ZSN Card No. (9-digit) No. is
    the Account Number
  • Form No. Form I.D (12-digit) is different for
    different customers

ENROLLMENT PROCESS IN THE MOBILE
  • Enter ZSN No. (9-digits) and Form ID (12-digits)
  • Connect with Finger Print Device (FPD) switch on
    FP device
  • Six figures are scanned
  • Name of the customers is recorded through voice
    recorder
  • Capture the customer photo
  • Hard copy of Account Opening Form is also
    captured in Mobile
  • ZSN No. is confirmed in Mobile

CLARIFICATION WITH ZSN CARD OF CUSTOMER
  • For further clarification following photos of the
    customer with ZSN card is taken by camera
  • Form with ZSN card
  • Identity proof with ZSN card

SUBSEQUENT COURSE OF ACTION
  • The above data is uploaded from the mobile
    through GPRS to Central Server at Mumbai of ALW
    (A Little World), Head Office (their Data Centre)
  • From the camera, the photos are transferred to
    the CD and also the data in Mobile is transferred
    in a CD and then sent to Head Office of ALW
  • Details of the hard copy data of the Account
    Opening Form are entered in a computer and then
    sent to Head Office of ALW by e-mail

SUBSEQUENT COURSE OF ACTION
  • The Card of the customers is sent by ALW Head
    Office to the local office (Bhubaneswar) and from
    there to Customers Services Provider (CSP)
  • Distribution of Cards takes place by the CSP to
    the customers after confirming their finger prints

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
  • In the Mobile go to the application Mode
  • Enter ZSN No. and put the ID No.
  • Select option of
  • Cash Deposit
  • Cash Withdrawal
  • Cash Balance Enquiry
  • Last five transactions
  • Enter the amount
  • Press OK
  • Transaction completed
  • Data is uploaded to the Server of ALW by command
    Sync Online

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
  • If there is no network in the Mobile,
    transactions are done in Offline mode and then
    later on the CSP goes to Network area and uploads
    the data
  • Hard copy of the AOF is delivered to the Bank
    Branch
  • Zero Mass Foundation will open a Current A/c in a
    CBS Branch
  • Then deposit is made to that account by the CSP
  • We can go the internet website given by ALW
  • URL address will be given to us by ALW
