Applying Credits from Extra Credit Studies

• Experimetrix Compass separate systems.
• We have to convert credits in Experimetrix to
  points in Compass
• You have a part to play in order to get your
  points transferred.
• You wont be denied points if you make an effort
  to do this, but it is required that you make an
  effort!

Required steps to apply credits

• Once you have received all your credits
• Log into experimetrix and its as easy as 1 2

• 1. Edit your profile Your student number
  should be your Netid (the part before the _at_).
• My email is jbs_at_uiuc.edu my student number would
  be jbs
• 2. Edit your course selection
• Select BA320 for credit (checkbox on right hand
  side)
• 3. Assign credits to your courses
• Up to a maximum of 8 for BA320

When will you see the points?

• Check run just so you can verify it works.
• Tuesday May 3rd at 9AM
• You can check your points in Compass after noon
• Cutoff for participation in extra credit studies
• Last day is Tuesday, May 3rd to participate.
  Transfer points by Friday, May 6th.
• If you participate in studies late make sure to
  assign all your credits once they show up
• Official run
• Friday May 13th 9 AM.
• You can check your points in Compass after noon
• You wont be denied points if you make an effort
  to do this
