  • It was not based on Wilsons Fourteen Points and
    enraged some countries
  • Germany (War Guilt Clause and Reparations)
  • Italy (Didnt get the land they wanted)
  • Japan (Didnt get all of the land they wanted)
  • Soviet Union (Left out of the talks)
