  • Wikiwiki is Hawaiian for quick.
  • According to Wiktionary, a wiki (plural wikis)
    is a collaborative website which can be directly
    edited by anyone with access to it.

  • According to Wikipedia, A wiki is a web
    application designed to allow multiple authors to
    add, remove, and edit content. The multiple
    author capability of wikis makes them effective
    tools for mass collaborative authoring.
    Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia, is one of the
    best known wikis.

  • Wikipedia states, Furl (from File Uniform
    Resource Locators) is a free social bookmarking
    website (furl.net) that allows members to store

    in 2003, and purchased by LookSmart in 2004.
