• The strategic directions to be formulated at the
  end of the 3rd ETG will be retained for a span of
  10 years
• The above mentioned areas of reflection shall
  take into consideration the major challenges from
  the global context which is facing the issues of
  Hunger, HIV/AIDS, International Trade, Electric
  Power crisis
