• Agreement
• This agreement is made on the Date between Your
  Club Name (Your ABN) of Your Address
• (hereinafter referred to as Your Club Name
  short name) and Sponsor Name (Sponsor ABN) of
• Sponsor Address (hereinafter referred to as
  Sponsor Name short name).
• Whereas
• a) Your Club Name is a legally incorporated
  sporting club operating in the Name Location,
  participating in the Name Competition.
• Sponsor Name is a Type of Activity eg retail
  sports store business operating in the Name
  Location and surrounding areas.
• 1) Sponsor Name WILL
• 1.1) Provide a cash sponsorship fee of XXXX to
  the Your Club Name payable Date/s Payable. This
  amount does / does not include GST.
• 1.2) Supply Contra product/services to the value
  of XXXX payable Date/s Payable.
• 1.3) Add additional benefits.
• 2) TERM
• The term of the agreement is for Period
