The Big Picture

• Regardless of how we vote, the plant will be
  built anyways!
• Buying into the power plant ensures that
  Tallahassee has a say in the running of the North
  Florida Power Project
• Currently, Tallahassee is relying on a natural
  gas power plant for its energy needs. Having
  multiple types of power sources serves the same
  purpose as having a diverse stock portfolio.
• Tallahassee is growing, and we need another
  source of power to meet the citys energy needs.
  Other energy sources are too expensive and are
  simply not viable.
