• Each club is responsible for providing two table
  workers per event
• Divers must have participated in two Seven Hills
  League meets during the 2005 summer season in
  order to be eligible for Championships

Items To Review Before The Meet

• Diving Sheets Diving sheets are due no later
  than 12 noon June 30th. Please send or bring
  them to Indian Hill Swim Tennis Club. Only
  one copy of each sheet is required. Sheets will
  be available for changes during Sunday night
  warm-ups at Indian Hill. Changes may be made up
  to one hour prior to the start of each event.
• T-shirts Attached is a pre-order form for
  t-shirts. T-shirts will primarily be available
  on a pre-order basis. Please make a copy of
  enclosed order form and distribute to your team
  members. Please send roster of all divers to
  Heather Krombholtz at heather_at_krombholzjewelers.co
  m by June 16,2005.
• Program Ads Attached is an order form for anyone
  wishing to place an ad in the championship
  program. Please send or bring completed order
  forms with payment to Indian Hill by June 30.
• Volunteers Each club needs to provide two table
  workers for each age group, both boys and girls.
  Your list of volunteers must be mailed or emailed
  to Denise Ferguson, 8120 Indian Hill Road or
  bfergy_at_netzero.net by June 30.
• Team Area There will be a marked area for each
  team. Please bring a tent or canopy for your
  area as well as a blanket or tarp for ground
  cover.
• Awards Ceremonies After each event, the top 12
  divers will proceed to the awards stand to be
  presented with medal. Following awards, there
  will be a brief opportunity for photos.
• Parking directions will be provided at the meet.
  There will be a designated diver drop off area.
  We recommend car pooling. Six passes have been
  included for on-site parking.
• Hospitality Judges, coaches and volunteer
  workers will be provided with drinks, snacks and
  lunch.
• Concessions Open all day with breakfast and
  lunch selections as well as baked goods and
  grilled food.

  shirts you want to order. You may place multiple
  orders on this form if you have more than one
  diver in your family.
• Pre-ordered shirts will be available at the team
  warm-up time at Championships. (Some shirts will
  be available at Championships. Sizes cannot be
  guaranteed at the time and the price will be
  higher).
