What we have learned
  • All teachers genuinely care about all students
    and their success
  • Working collaboratively allows for sharing of
    ideas (all students benefit)
  • Focused professional development creates an
environment where teachers speak a common
language and expect a common result
  • Students need to know what is expected
  • Parent involvement is extremely important
  • The budget needs to support the teachers efforts
    in raising student achievement
  • Always room for improving our craft

23
If your expectations for your students and school
are grounded in todays reality, at best what you
will achieve is mediocrity.
