Taipei City and the outlying areas of Taipei
County and Keelung City - Total population had increased over 6.74 million
by 2005 - Urban development is clustered in the central
portion of the Taipei Basin on the flat areas of
Tansui River watershed

buildings - Mandatory green building design for all new
official buildings of central government was
