This is the Login screen
All Account numbers and passwords are in UPPERCASE
Enter your Account number and password
Choose auto fill pick up if pickup is at your
location or delivery If package will be
delivered to you.
Click Login

This is the main menu. Here you will have access
to all the menu items except administration
Now lets look at the individual menu item screens
to help familiarize you with them
On the next page you will see 4 buttons available
to you Submit Order and Cancel Those two are
pretty straight forward
Save Address saves to your accounts private
address book
Address book opens your private address book for
selecting, Adding, Editing, or Deleting entries

You only need to fill in the fields with
descriptions in bold.
The system will let you know if you missed
anything when you hit Submit Order.

All you need to do here is highlight your
selection and hit select and the fields next to
the button will be filled in. Youll notice 2
address book buttons. What ever you enter, edit,
or delete in one will be changed in the other.

This what you will see after an order has been
entered correctly At this point you may choose to
print the job

This is simple, Choose 1 of 3 tracking methods,
enter appropriate Information, and receive next
screen a second later.

This screen will provide you with detailed
information about your Job, pick up and
destination, reference number, estimated cost,
and even estimated completion time.
Youll notice up to date status information about
your job, no need to call office just check the
internet anytime you want (our website is
updated every 3 minutes).

Another nice feature is the Invoices section
which enables you to view your companys account
information anytime time you want.

This is the initial invoice summery screen where
you choose which invoice to review
The
Button located at the far right will lead you to
the next screen where you will find a very
comprehensive break down of your invoice without
having to spend any time on hold like some other
company's waiting for someone to be right with
you or even better, finding out they already
went home for the day after youve been on hold
for 15 minutes

This is what your invoice breakdown will look
like. This invoice only has one job on it, but
if their were multiple jobs it would show them
all.

Receivable concerning your account
