Definition of Counselling
  • Counselling may be concerned with addressing and
    resolving specific problems, making decisions,
    coping with crises, working through conflict, or
    improving relationships with others.

Charles Bonnet Syndrome
  • Its prevalence in patients with visual impairment
    varies from 10 to 15
  • The common conditions leading to the syndrome are
    age related macular degeneration, followed by
    glaucoma and cataract
  • There should not be any feature of psychosis,
    dementia, intoxication, metabolic derangement, or
    focal neurological illness
