- Requirements
- To override a higher in Performance Bonus,
within no time limit you just need to accumulate
your personal and group SV and achieve the
desired rank. - Once you have accumulated 3000SV within in any
month, you are required to have 1000SV SPGS in
the month you desire to be promoted as Supervisor
and may start enjoying Network Bonus and AI(C ) - To be a Manager, you need to accumulate
7,000SV(no time limit) and produce 2500SV MPGS
for the qualifying month - Lexwel recognized the need for speed, and
specially created the Fast Track Manager
qualification. Any Lexwel Distributor who
generates 5000SV of PGS within a month will be
promoted to Manager within the same month. - If in any month, any of your downline distributor
become a Fast Track Manager, you may also qualify
for Manager status by generating only 1500SV of
MPGS. - Once promoted to Manager all PGS used is now
categorized as MPGS for the purpose of
calculating AI(D) and Director Bonus. - All distributors are also eligible to override
the differential (if any) between percentage with
his/her downlines (if any) provided they fulfill
Personal Sales of 180SV.

personal maintenance for you to eligible to start
enjoying Director Bonus - As a Director you need to have a minimum
guarantee of 4500SV in DPGS either from your own
Personal Group Sales (MPGS) or from rolled-up
MPGS from any of your Director legs (if any) - Qualified Director referred to a Director who
have fulfill their 4500SV DPGS minimum guarantee. - All Directors will enjoy the maximum of 6 from
their (1st level) direct Director leg(s) - The overriding from any Director from 2nd level
onwards will be determined by the number of your

11Director Bonus Entitlement Conditions
Director Bonus calculation concept is based on
Roll Up concept until the level when a Manager
under you achieves a DPGS of ? 4500SV. Example 2
under Step 1, a, b and c do not qualify
for Director Bonus as there is no Manager
sponsored by them that has achieved the total
group sales ? 4500SV. How ever you can enjoy ASD
Bonus when b and c sales is rolled up to make
a your qualified Manager.

only have a DPGS of 180SV, therefore you must

Directors current status. Eg. ESD will override

all ASD from his 2nd level onwards. - Once any of the downline Directors promoted to
any rank equal to or higher then his current
rank, the bonus percentage will be calculated
base on percentage differential if any.
Unique features of Lexwel Director Bonus
- Realistic and achievable maximum 5 direct
qualified Manager legs to achieve the maximum of
20 overriding block from 2nd level onwards. - Deeper overriding level with 2nd and 3rd block
begins at ESD and at GSD level.
135) Transitional Pool 3.5
- A Distributor may eligible to share in this pool
once they achieved a current position of Manager
through to Senior Sales Director and have
fulfilled all the following criteria - Must have at least a Personal Sales of 180SV and
minimum PGS 500SV for the month - Must have a minimum of 1 Manager leg with 1000SV
- Pool is divided on a pro-rated basis amongst
qualifiers based on their allowable volume per
leg. - Only the DPGS within the Managers leg who have
met the above conditions are calculated towards
determining the share in the pool. - In the event that a Distributor has more than the
required lines qualified to be counted, then the
system will automatically use the lines with the
highest DPGS to calculate towards the pool

146. Car Incentive 2.5
- Conditions
- i. Must be a Qualified Executive Sales Director
(achieve ESD for 3 consecutive months), and - ii. Prior to condition must achieve a Total
Groups Sales (TGS) per month to be 50,000SV for 3
consecutive months. 20,000SV maximum limit on TGS
counted from any one Manager leg. - When a Distributor has fully qualified to receive
the Car Fund after meeting the conditions for the
3 months, the company will then calculate the
current qualifying month car fund payout to
determine the deposit payable by the company to
the Distributor to use to purchase the vehicle.
The company will only pay the Deposit directly to
the Car Dealer/Seller not to the Distributor. - After having qualified for the Car Fund, the
qualifier can continue to enjoy the fund
continuously as long as they have at least one
qualified Manager line with guaranteed rollup of
4500PGS and have met the Personal Sales condition
of 180SV. - Maximum Car Fund that can be enjoyed by a
qualifier is RM 5,000.00 per month. - After a distributor is qualified for the fund,
they must purchase the car within a period of 6
months. The duration can be extended when the
circumstances are deemed necessary and subject to
the Companys approval. During the period, the
fund earned by the qualifier will be accumulated
by the Company. If the person does not purchase a
car after he stated period, his/her eligibility
for the Car Fund will be withdrawn and they will
forfeit the accumulated funds. - The car to be purchased must be worth above
RM80,000 and not more than 3 years old. The
purchase must be approved by the Company. The
Company reserves the right to amend the
conditions from time to time. - The maximum car fund payment is 120 of the car
purchase price or for a maximum payment period of
5 years. - After the 120 payment or after the 5 years
payment period, which ever come first, if a
distributor wishes to enjoy the Car Fund
continuously, they must be qualified again and
purchase another car. In order to qualify a
second or more time, the Distributor must meet
the conditions as set out in clause 1 during the
last 12months of their existing car fund payment. - The Distributor may change their car after 2
years, but the payment will still be based on the
first original purchase. Any new vehicle
purchased must also be worth a minimum of
RM80,000 and not be over 3 years old.
Distributors must inform the company of any
change over of vehicle.
1512. If the qualifier is not a citizen of
the country, he/she is required to write in to
the Company and inform the
Company of his/her choice to receive a Bonus
Payment or to purchase a Car.
