2WHAT IS ?
- LABVIEW is a national instrument that is involved
in almost all hardware and software devices. - LABVIEW is a programming language for engineering
software. - LABVIEW is also known as a graphic language.
3WHY USE ?
- It is easy to program with Labview. Labview
programming environment is very friendly. - Saves a lot of time because one can work out the
coding as well as obtain the Graphic User
Interface (GUI) simultaneously. - LABVIEW contains a huge function library that
covers all areas of science and engineering. - For engineers, it processes data fast for the use
of data acquisition and matrix arithmetic. - Labviews learning design can act as a server to
broadcast learning programs on the internet.

WHAT IS IN LABVIEW
FRONT SIDE PANEL GRAPHIC USER INTERFACE (GUI)
BACK SIDE PANEL DIAGRAM (CODE)
The Graphic User Interface (GUI) panel is the
side of the labview program that displays all the
graphics of the program one is setting up.
The back side panel, also known as the diagram
code displays all the function coding. This panel
is where one does the wire connecting of various
functions.

The Tools Palette is used in the diagram code to
connect various functions together as well as for
positioning in the front panel (GUI).
The Controls palette is strictly used in the GUI
panel. This houses all the graphics of the
functions.
The Functions palette is used in the diagram code
panel. It initiates and carries out the purpose
of the program being built.
7PUT TO USE
Why we built a program that compares Raman
Spectra.
- So many Raman spectrum to go over.
- So many peaks need to be identified.
- For the jobs to be done more precisely and
efficiently. - A software tool was needed to help us analyze and
process data. - We developed the software in LabVIEW coding.
8SOFTWARE STRUCTURE
These functions are already built into Labview.
They deal with data input, error messages, etc.
These three are program we had to construct for
the data manipulation and possessing.
These functions handle the graphical presentation.
