• Conducted from January April 2009
• Focus on JARC priority projects

Priority JARC Projects

• Car-Sharing
• Short-term rentals, including hourly
• Rental includes gas and insurance
• Annual membership fee
• Cars located near metro stations
• JARC projects in Seattle and L.A.

Priority JARC Projects

• Expanding transit in underserved neighborhoods
• Higher frequency on existing routes
• Adding routes to underserved areas

Priority JARC Projects

• Expanded Guaranteed Ride Home
• For commuters using carpooling or transit
• Available 4 times per year
• For unscheduled overtime or unexpected situations
  (e.g., sick child)
• Rides are free
