Allive! Team

• Allive! team is young, professional from
  leading institutions such as Cambridge, CIE, IHM,
  and IIT, Sri Ram Centre. Our team members has
  held teaching and leadership positions at
  iDiscoveri, Heritage, Elixir Web Solutions, IMS
  and Oberoi Center for Learning and Development,
  CN and POGO. We are versatile people with Ph.D,
  M.Phil and Masters in Education, Psychology and
  Hospitality with experience in Training and
  Manpower solutions in the domain of Education. We
  believe that theater and music are a powerful
  medium of developing language, expression,
  confidence and communication in children .Theatre
  workshops provides us the platform to bring that
  belief to practice.

Expressions! Core Team
1. Garima A graduate in Psychology from Delhi
University with diploma in acting from Sri Ram
Centre, Mandi House. She has also undertaken a
course in Theatre In Education (TIE) under the
guidance of Mr. Barry John (IMAGO) . She and has
been a part of many theatre groups, like Asmita,
Chillsag Chillies, Akansha .She has been active
in the theatre since 8 years.
2. Shikha   A textile designer by education an
educator by choice. In her association with the
Heritage school and iDiscoveri as a curriculum
designer, she has used theatre as a means of
exploring self and has extensively integrated it
in transacting the curri- -culum in her classes,
to bring alive the process of learning. She has
also done a P.G. Diploma in Educational
Leadership from iDiscoveri.
3.Pawan He is a theatre veteran. He has been a
part of the Asmita theatre group for 4 years and
worked with Act One group. He has worked as a
drama teacher and has taken workshops for
children professionally. He has also been
training children for a childrens show called
Galli Galli Sim Sim which is being aired on
POGO and CN and is presently working as a
muppetteer for the same show.!

4. Dinesh Kaushik A passionate educator trainer
and a gate crasher in the domain of
entrepreneurship, strongly believes in Learning
by Actually Experiencing. Having trained more
than 1000 educators across India and abroad in
rural and urban context, he brings 10 years of
training and teaching experience to the team.
5. Nishant Sharma An HR professional by
education, Nishant has a Long stint in service
industry with leading brands like Hyatt Accor.
 He also has extensive quality experience in the
field of Manpower sourcing For Fortune 500
companies. He is passionate about making
learning meaningful and working with kids has
always been close to his heart. He leads the
Workforce solutions work in ALLIVE!
6. Jyoti Constructing the Pre School curriculum
and Hindi curriculum ranging from Kindergarten to
Elementary school with child centric approach has
been the major areas of her expertise. With
belief to empower the fellow community of
educators, she has been imparting trainings in
the domains of early and elementary years
curricula and cognitive psychology.
