• 5K to each Area to further activities identified
  in 2006 Forums
• Increase communication with 12 BH Branch chiefs
• Identify the promising practices of integration
  from the IHS Areas
• Increase dissemination of promising practices
  examples of integration among IHS Areas
• Promote promising practices of IHS integration
• Identify funding and other resources from Federal
  agencies that support integration efforts among
  behavioral health, chronic disease and health
  promotion/disease prevention
• Increase and improve IHS data collection
