  location measurements from handsets network

• 10 digit ESRK sent to PSAP
• Callback latitude/longitude comes with ALI
  bid
• LEC or PSAP ALI database must support pull
  interface (E2 or Enhanced PAM)
• Re-bid capability for location updates during
  course of call (both CPE ALI)
• PSAP CPE to display latitude longitude
• recommend also display uncertainty factor
