2Capacity Release Enhancement
- The LINK system has new functionality that will
help releasing shippers create their capacity
releases. - Apply a Percentage of quantity available to
segments by entering a quantity and allowing the
system to calculate based on the Zone Boundary
Exit Quantity Available. - Filter segments by Zone Boundary Entry/Exits.
- Filter segments by Zone Boundary Entry/Exits that
are out of balance.
3Capacity Release Enhancement
- Offer Maintenance - Segments Tab Apply ZB Qty
Button - This button will allow the customer to apply a
percentage of the quantity available for all the
segments in a given zone which is filtered down
to the individual path (24 or 30 inch), based on
the Quantity Available in the Zone Boundary Exit
segment for that zone. - The releasing shipper will need to first filter
down to the individual path for a given zone
using the View By filter, as shown on the next
two slides. -

- Segments Filtering Criteria
- A customer may select how it wants to view
segment entitlements. Entitlements can be
filtered by Type, Zone ID, Lateral Type, Diff
Ind, and P/L Sect (Pipeline Section). -
Type On Texas Eastern customers can view
segments by 24 inch path, 30 inch path,
Entry/Exits, ZB All and ZB Out Bal for the
zones being released. Type will default to All.
The releasing shipper will select 24 or 30 inch
path .

- Segments Filtering Criteria
- Zone Id - A customer may view and assign segments
by zones on Texas Eastern (STX, WLA, ELA, ETX, 1,
2, 3). Segments can also be filtered and
assigned by the Access Area or the Market Area.
The releasing shipper will filter on an
individual Zn ID. -

Button - Segments must be filtered to Path and Zone ID as
shown below.

Button - Click on the Sel box to select all segments or
choose individual segments. The Apply ZB Qty
button will activate.

Button - Enter the quantity and click on the Apply ZB
Qty as shown in the red boxes below.

Button - Notice that the Min and Max offer quantity of 270
was applied to the ZB exit. All other segments
that were selected Min and Max offer quantity are
10 of Qty Avail for that segment. This is
calculated by LINK 270/2699 (ZB Exit Qty Avail)

Filter - ZB All This filter will display Zone
Boundary Entry and Exit segments matched by the
zone boundary that is being crossed. In the
View By filter line in the type filter dropdown
choose ZB ALL as shown below. LINK will
display as shown on the following page. -

- Notice that each zone boundary exit is matched
with the corresponding entry.

Filter - ZB Out Bal This filter will display only
Zone Boundary Entry and Exit segments matched by
the zone boundary that is being crossed that are
out of balance. In the View By filter line in
