4The Presenter
- Mr. Peterson has been with Rath and Strong since
2001 and is an experienced Six Sigma trainer and
consultant for both service and manufacturing
environments. Keith has helped clients in fields
ranging from building materials to
pharmaceuticals deploy Six Sigma. He developed
his Six Sigma skills as a black belt, master
black belt, and senior project manager for global
projects at GE. - As a Vice President for Rath and Strong, he has
been the account manager for companies such as
Johnson and Johnson and Siemens Medical. He has
also trained both senior leadership and
black/green belts at Pfizer, Mead Johnson
nutritionals, Isomedix, and Armstrong World
Industries. - While at GE he
- Led a global transition effort to build new
processes in GE India as well as move 15
existing processes for GE corporate to GE Capital
India (GECIS). - Was the sole quality resource supporting a 10
million new business acquisition and integration. - Established a Quality Council at a new business
and helped CEO and staff deploy Six Sigma. - Reduced weld defects tenfold on locomotive motor
seams using data analysis and design changes
achieved nine times reduction on oil motor welds
by leveraging project results. - Mentored Green Belt projects all exceeding goals
of reducing defects and developing Six Sigma
capable measurement systems. - Mr. Peterson received his B.A. in Economics from
Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. He was
certified in Operations Research by the U.S. Army
Logistics Management College and completed
masters courses in Industrial Engineering at New
Mexico State University. Mr. Peterson is a
certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Directions to Siemens from King of Prussia, North
and East Take US-202 South towards West
Chester. W DEKALB PIKE/US-202 S becomes US-202 S.
Take the exit towards GREAT VALLEY (PA-29 N).
Turn LEFT onto SWEDESFORD RD travel 1/2 mile.
Turn RIGHT onto PA-29 N travel .3 miles. Turn
RIGHT onto VALLEY STREAM PKWY. Make your THIRD
LEFT into Corp III entrance (Wachovia sign is
also on the corner). There are 3 buildings that
are all connected, but you are looking for Corp
III. Continue around the circle and Look for
Visitor parking . There will be visitor signs and
you will turn left at sign to park. Enter in the
Corp III entrance (to the Left of the parking
garage). You must sign in with security at the
desk and you will be escorted to the auditorium.
There will be SPIN committee members to assist
you. Directions to Siemens from West Chester,
South and West Take US-202 N. Take the PA-29
North. Turn right and another right PA-29 N. Turn
RIGHT (Third Light) onto VALLEY STREAM PKWY. Make
your THIRD LEFT into Corp III entrance (Wachovia
sign is on the corner also ). There are 3
