  the crotch at the knee, oversized shirts not
  tucked into pants, flapping belts, T-Shirts
  advertising alcohol, music, sex, drugs, blouses
  and shirts with body parts bulging out, any
  outfit with body parts visible through the
  fabric, multi-colored hair, tight-fitting and
  revealing anything.
