Pace To Set Up ePace Train To Use

What Happens After ePace Is Live?
  • We consider your ePace Project Live when
  • There is meaningful data on the system that you
    cannot afford to purge.
  • Previous MIS system is either no longer in use or
    running in parallel.
  • Transition From Implementer
  • Occurs if either of the following conditions are
    true
  • Live on all modules purchased.
  • Live on two modules and not ready for the
    remainder.
  • The Account Representative will continue to call
    you over the next three months to see how things
    are going and if we can help with anything.
  • Afterwards, your account will be transitioned
    from the Implementations department to the
    Account Management department for continued
    service.
