Successful Program Model

• Employ cross-trained staff
• Paid core staffnurse, nurse practitioner, dental
  hygienist, doctor, specialist, dentist, program
  manager
• Provide service and/or attend special events 4 -
  5 days/week
• Treat 16 - 18 children/day (dental)
• 22 - 26 children/day (medical)
• Visit a minimum of 3 unique sites/week
• Provide significant breadth and depth of service
  including clinical and educational programsand
  extend services outside of Ronald McDonald Care
  Mobile walls!
