LaaR Qualification and Performance Enhancements

• Initial Qualification
• Actual interruption during first 90 days
• No pre-notification
• Annual Recertification
• Actual interruption once a year
• LaaR response to Operator VDI that complies with
  Protocols can be used in lieu of testing
• Periodic Command and Control Tests
• Hot line call to QSEs with response verification
  back from party that actually trips the load
• Disqualification Criteria
• Failure to meet 10 minute responseTwo
  occurrences in any 365 day period would result in
  suspension
