Lessons?

• What is needed for productive and beneficial
  teleworking
• Management belief/confidence in its potential and
  feasibility, including for the integration of
  disabled people in the workplace
• The right tools and technologies to support this
  different needs in different settings
• A willingness to change things (management style,
  budget distribution, etc)
• We can do more now then we dreamt we would be
  able to do
• We are nowhere near where we though wed be (in
  some respects)
