• The Regional goal for chapters this year is to
  conduct a TORCH Community Day. This day will
  take place on October of 2006 at a local YMCA. It
  is your job to plan the Community Day event.

  programs zone. Keep in mind that you need to
  incorporate the National Directive Technical
  Excellence

Program Zone Finance Zone It is your duty
to FUND this event.
Purpose To underline the proper flow of
communication and teamwork across the zones.
Work together as a team to make this event a
success. Keep in mind that you communicate with
members from other zone. Develop and implement
communication between finance and programs.
