  • Some elements have more than one form and are
    called ALLOTROPES.

  • Mixtures are physical combinations of substances.
  • Each part retains its chemical identity.

    silver, copper or nickel to add strength and wear
    resistance.
  • Copper and zinc make brass
  • Copper and tin make bronze
